A successful Internet World in Munich and potentially record-breaking LogiMAT in Stuttgart
The trip began on 6 March at Europe’s biggest e-commerce fair – Internet World in Munich. Not only did we exhibit our Con-Pearl® bulk containers this year; we also gave a presentation for the first time on “Con-Pearl® reusable packaging containers within e-commerce”. Key Account Manager T. Bachmann made the presentation to a specialist audience, reporting on the day-to-day problems faced by e-commerce groups and presenting our Con-Pearl® solutions.
One week later, it was the turn of LogiMAT in Stuttgart to open its doors. The international trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management for trade experts from around the world ran this year from 13 to 15 March.
For the second time at LogiMAT in Stuttgart, we presented our lightweight plastic reusable packaging and automotive solutions from the Con-Pearl® range.
Our Con-Pearl® lightweight board once again proved fascinating and was a real crowd-puller. However, the focus was on our Light TECH Box™. After more than 10 years, it is still our star of the show. With a net weight of just 37 kg, it can handle a stackable load of up to 1800 kg at safety factor 2.
Our relatively new Con-Pearl® dunnage solutions were the subject of much interest and inquiry. We design individual packaging for all kinds of goods. Large or small – we can locate the right plastic packaging to store and transport almost anything.
Our lined Sprinter also generated plenty of interest among the trade visitors. The Con-Pearl® van liners and van flooring are extremely sturdy and 60% lighter than comparable wooden linings. They are therefore a more lightweight alternative to conventional transporter linings of wood or metal.
We were able to set ourselves apart from some strong competition and received plenty of praise for our friendly and welcoming trade booth.
We can look back on five incredibly interesting days at trade fairs and would like to thank everyone that came to see us as well as the event teams at the fairs in Stuttgart and Munich.
