By having the con-pearl lightweight board processed by Schreinerei Lange, we are pursuing the goal of testing the suitability of the board for processing in various areas of application in the wood industry.
In this way, we want to create concrete application examples for our samples and provide them to our sales department, which in turn can then approach the timber industry, in particular the furniture construction, interior design, store and exhibition stand construction and vehicle construction sectors.
The tests cover the following points:
- can the con-Pearl board be coated with veneer / HPL / MDF? (veneer press / vacuum press)
- can the con-Pearl board be processed cleanly on the sliding table saw / CNC machining center?
- can the con-Pearl board be processed on the edge banding unit? (hot melt adhesive / PU / laser)
